Για είδη VECTORS & ROSES που δεν αγοράστηκαν μέσω αυτού του διαδικτυακού καταστήματος, επικοινωνήστε με το κατάστημα όπου αγοράσατε τα είδη. Έτσι, εάν για κάποιο λόγο δεν είστε ευχαριστημένοι με την αγορά σας, μπορείτε να την επιστρέψετε εντός 30 ημερών. Προτού το κάνετε, διαβάστε προσεκτικά την Πολιτική Επιστροφών .

1. Let us know which products you would like to return. You can do this online by sending a message to customerservice@vectorsnroses.com. We will respond the soonest possible. You can return the product as soon as you have informed us to the following address:

2. Since our products are fragile, please make sure the product(s) are packed well in
their original plastic packaging. We cannot accept broken items.
3.Take your parcel to any Post Office or courier service of your choice. Please
keep in mind that returns are at your own costs. Keep also in mind that it's your responsibility to save the certificate of posting received from the delivery company. The package can be tracked via a Track & Trace code until it arrives at the correct destination.
4. As soon as we have received your package, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your returned items will then be processed. Your balance will be refunded
within 14 business days after you returned the item(s). Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
